Noah Growing Up!

Since my mom left for Hong Kong this quarter, I could not have done it without Bob, Uncle & Auntie 3, Uncle Ed & Auntie Carol (+ shi boys), Theon, Olivia, Stan, Kris & Kim, Michelle, Eric & Gabe (go movie club!)... hope i'm not missing anyone. They were always ready to take Noah so I could work or take the night off, or simply keep me company. You might think it's not a big deal, but it really makes a big difference. Noah sure is entertaining, but the adult company is much appreciated. See skirts here!

Noah sure grows up fast. He now laughs at things as if he really understands what we're saying or what the joke is. He walks a lot more now but is still wobbly. He charms his mom to no end and is becoming clingy, but that kid sure is cute (are parents allowed to say that about their own child?)

Noah sometimes sings a tune with babbling words over and over, and thinks it's amusing. I guess he has moved on from his one-note song. He is also a Cheerio fiend. He loves to raise his hands up when someone says "touchdown", or clap along to anyone else so is clapping. He loves music and dances along to catchy tunes and likes to drum on anything from boxes and cans. He gets excited when we take walks around the yard/neighborhood. He loves to touch all the leaves and flowers and look for birds and dogs (except when they bark at him). That child is a fun-loving one.

This was a while ago - before noah would walk. We went to visit for Bob's mom's birthday. Noah had a lot of fun playing in the yard with the aunties and his cousins.

I follow Daddy's example and climbs on trees. Mommy thinks there are two monkeys in the family.

As usual, all the kids had fun with their Uncle Bob.

I bonded with my cousin Ella by eating apples together. She was trying to smell/kiss me, i'm not sure. I was biting the apple so hard that one of my eyes became smaller than the other.

Grandma did my hair so I could be a "gwai" sonny boy and give Grandpa the newspaper.

It was a good visit and the cake was scrumptious!

See you next time!
